  • “Platform” refers to Tendon’s digital ecosystem, including its website, mobile applications, dashboards, communication tools, calendars, workout planning features, and progress-tracking tools.

  • “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to an identifiable Provider or Consumer.

  • “Services” refers to the features and functionality offered by Tendon to enable discovery, communication, scheduling, workout planning, progress tracking, and management of in-person services.

2. Information We Collect

Tendon collects personal information from Providers and Consumers to enable safe, effective, and personalised in-person fitness services. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, the following categories:

a) Identity & Contact Information

  • Full name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Residential or service location address

b) Professional & Verification Information (Providers)

  • Educational background and professional certifications

  • Skills, expertise, and service categories

  • Government-issued identification details (such as PAN Card or Aadhaar number)

  • Bank account details for verification and payouts

c) Health, Fitness & Lifestyle Information (Consumers)

  • Health conditions, injuries, or disease-related information

  • Lifestyle and activity-related details

  • Current fitness level and assessment data

  • Fitness goals, preferences, and limitations

Health-related data is collected solely to ensure safe, personalised, and effective training.

d) Usage & Platform Activity Information

  • Availability schedules and calendar data

  • Training plans, workout assignments, and session details

  • Progress tracking, assessments, and performance metrics

  • Communication records within the platform

Tendon may collect additional information as required to support new features, regulatory compliance, or service improvements, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

Tendon collects and uses Personal Data to:

  • Enable Providers and Consumers to connect for in-person training

  • Verify identity, credentials, and authenticity of Providers

  • Facilitate scheduling, availability management, and session tracking

  • Enable workout planning, assignment, and progress monitoring

  • Improve safety, personalisation, and service quality

  • Communicate platform updates, notifications, and support messages

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Tendon does not collect or store data beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide its Services.

4. Access to Personal Data

  • Consumer data is accessible only to the Provider hired by the Consumer and only for the duration of the engagement.

  • Providers can access Consumer information strictly for service delivery purposes.

  • Tendon employees access data only on a need-to-know basis for platform operations, compliance, or support.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Tendon does not sell, rent, trade, or share Personal Data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Personal Data is not shared with external entities, except:
